Must have general construction knowledge

Must be organized

Must have excellent communication skills

Must have valid/clean driving record

Must have reliable transportation

Must pass background screening (No felonies)

Must pass pre-hire drug test and maintain passing random drug tests

 

 

 

 

 

Vendor APPLICATION

 

We are looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and quality contractors who meet the following requirements:

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have at least $1,000,000 Insurance coverage in General Liability

Must have Workers Compensation Insurance, WC-337 - Notice of Exclusion or Sole Proprietor form (Included in subcontractor packet below)

Must have a smart phone

Must complete orders to Trademarks' standards

Must meet 48 hour deadlines & 24 hour emergency deadlines

Must have own equipment, supplies & tools

STEP 1 - Download and Complete Required Documents

  • Subcontractor Packet

  • Certificate of General Liability Insurance  

  • Workman's Compensation Insurance Certificate, WC-337 or Sole Proprietor Form

  • W-9

 

STEP 2 - Complete Application

 

STEP 3 - Upload Documents

We will evaluate your company’s qualifications and capabilities based on the documents that have been submitted. If you are qualified and we have a need for contractors in your area, we will contact you, and give you access to our Work Order System.
